Luciano is a waste-to-energy engineer with more than 30 years of project management experience in biomass, biogas, waste to energy facilities as well as air and water purification. He has collaborated on numerous WtE projects in Italy, Europe and South America. Luciano has contributed to the optimization of WT ENERGY waste treatment systems with some of his patents and VLE technology.

ELISA RUGGI
Technical Manager
Elisa holds a degree in Environmental Sciences, from the Università Degli Studi Della Tuscia (Viterbo-Italy), and benefits from 5 years of experience in green energy projects. During the last couple of years, she has led the development of all WT ENERGY systems, integrating the best available technologies.

DONATELLO COSTANTINO
Advanced Software Specialist
Donatello is an electro technical expert with over 15 years of experience in information & automation systems. He is specialized in systems design and software development for PLC and plant supervision. Throughout his career he has garnered additional expertise through the implementation of control systems and process automation in various fields, especially in renewable energy—where he has had the most success. In recent years, Donatello has dedicated himself to designing and managing control systems for waste and biogas power plants.

GIOVANNI CARTOCETI
Senior Civil Engineer
Giovanni graduated from the University of Bologna (Italy) with a degree in Civil Engineering. He has a 20 years of experience in engineering, coordinating and supervising Wastewater treatment plants, Anaerobic Digestion Biomass/Waste plants and VLE Steam Boiler plants.

GABRIELE GIGLIETTI
Senior Mechanical Engineer
Gabriele graduated from the University of Bologna (Italy) with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has a 10 years experience in engineering, procurement and construction supervision of Anaerobic Digestion Biomass/Waste plants and VLE Steam Boiler plants.

LUCA CECCARONI
Junior Energy Engineer
Luca graduated from the University of Milano (Italy) with a degree in Energy Engineering. Luca is a skilled young engineer which audits WT ENERGY systems and new plants from the energy efficiency point of view, in order to improve constantly the sustainability of each new project.

ALESSANDRA RUGGI
Consultant
Alessandra holds a PhD in Biology and benefits of 6 years of experience in biology projects at University of Study of Tuscia (Italy). She is in charge as a consultant in scouting WTE & AD technology updates. .
