HOW IT WORKS

Dry waste is first sorted to remove glass, ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and inert materials to be recycled elsewhere. The remaining energetic dry fraction (comprised of paper, cardboard, wood, plastic and textile = 3000/4000 kcal/kg) is then converted into syngas in our patented gas generator.

NON ORGANIC FRACTION PROCESS OUTLINE

Our gas generator is designed to produce a clean gas product in compliance with the strictest environmental regulations, therefore: no incineration, no harmful emissions, and no smoke.

In addition to clean syngas the system produces a very low (2%-5%) dry waste residual which can be easily recycled in the construction industry and used in paving mixtures.

The entire gas generation process can be configured to run on recycled energy: the electricity produced from the cogeneration engines can be fed directly into system power circuit to significantly reduce operational costs and expenses.

  • Syngas can be used to fuel internal combustion engines or gas turbines to produce electrical and thermic energy.
  • Only a small by product of  inorganic, recyclable ash remains.
